Try the meditating thing and imagine moving up...first past a tall tree, though the limbs and leaves, to it's top, moving higher. Then see all the tops of paths, gardens, houses, cars, people, yards, streets, grasses, flowers, shops, dogs, buildings, churches, communities, skycrapers, hills, farms, pyramids...
Cities, mountains, forests, lakes, trails, interstates, canyons, islands, waves, massive migrations...
Deserts, rivers, countries, ice shelves...
Continents, oceans, atmosphere, Blue Marble, moon...
Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto...
Sun center of our solar system, Milky Way...
Billions, Trillions, Zillion more, suns, stars, galaxies', black holes, planets, gases, New Elements, New Colors, New Life.
